Domestic 

Please allow 2-4 days for items to be processed. Shipping will take around 3-15 business days, dependent on the province. 

 

Local Pick-Up

If you are in Kelowna and the surrounding area, please feel free to pick up locally and save on shipping costs. Pick up in-store at our brick and mortar location during store hours. We are located at 287B Bernard Ave in Kelowna, BC.

 

International

International parcels will be shipped within 2-4 days from the purchase date. Please allow time for a parcel to arrive, as international shipping generally takes longer than domestic. We recommend looking into your country of residence customs regulations. OGOPOGO GIFTLAND is not responsible for any custom and/or duty fees charged during shipping.
